The first semester of my engineering fresher students is about to end. So felt that something should be written for them, whatever may be useful to them in their future. Everyone says almost the same things, but the style of telling and explaining is different for each person, who does not know when it will click in someone’s mind, it cannot be said. For the students of the first semester, we teachers are seen as a parents anyway, so it is also a very important responsibility of ours to guide them for their future. That’s why I felt like writing today’s blog.
Seeing the new year has come, with a new hope, a new hope. Why is every new year a new hope? The days are all the same, then 1st January is a special day that a new hope wakes up again? In fact, it is not the wonder of the day, but the wonder of thought. On this day thinking is revived once again.
The revival of this thinking can be the beginning of a new life for a student if he adopts these few selected things in his life.
1) There is no short cut to success and success achieved by short cut does not last long. Because when you get success by walking on the right and proper path, then the journey teaches you many things which guide you in many places in life. Which you can never get in short cut.
2) The biggest confidence comes from being right. If there is truth in work, if the mind is clear, then self-confidence automatically increases. If there is a thief in the mind then the self-confidence cannot last.
3) Being smart is a good thing. But your smartness should not dominate your truth. Because in today’s world, whoever is going to give you a job, who is going to interview you, will not only check your skills but will also check how defined you are. It is also necessary to take care that your smartness should not suppress your goodness.
4) Your knowledge is just one side which is very important but your wisdom and your spirituality are most important for success in your life, it is very important to keep this in mind for every student.
इंजीनियरिंग के मेरे नवागंतुक स्टूडेंट्स का प्रथम सेमेस्टर समाप्त होने को है | तो लगा कि कुछ लिखा जाए उनके लिए जो हो सकता है उन्हें उनके furure में काम आये | बातें तो सभी लगभग एक समान ही कहते हैं परन्तु बस हर व्यक्ति के कहने ,समझाने का अंदाज अलग होता है जो न जाने कब किसके दिमाग में क्लिक कर जाए , ये कह नहीं सकते हैं | फर्स्ट सेमेस्टर के स्टूडेंट्स के लिए हम टीचर्स वैसे भी as a parents ही नज़र आते हैं ,इसलिए भी हमारा उनको उनके future के लिए guide करना एक बहुत आवश्यक responsibility भी है | इसी हेतु ये आज का blog लिखने का मन हुआ |
देख़ते देखते नया साल आ गया ,एक नयी उम्मीद ,एक नयी आस के साथ | हर नया साल एक नयी उम्मीद क्यों होता है ? दिन तो सब एक समान ही होते हैं ,फिर 1st जनवरी क्या खास दिन होता है कि फिर एक नयी उम्मीद जाग जाती है ? असल में ये दिन का कमाल नहीं बल्कि सोच का कमाल होता है | इस दिन सोच फिर एक बार पुनर्जीवित हो जाती है |
ये सोच का पुनर्जीवन एक स्टूडेंट के लिए एक नयी जिंदगी का आगाज़ हो सकता है अगर वह इन कुछ चुनिंदा बातों को अपनी ज़िन्दगी में अपना ले तो |
१) सफलता का कोई शार्ट कट नहीं होता और शार्ट कट से मिली सफलता ज्यादा लम्बा नहीं टिकती है | क्योंकि जब आप सही और उचित रास्ते पर चलकर सफलता पाते हैं तो सफर आपको कई चीजें सिखाता है जो आपको जिंदगी में कई जगह मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करती हैं | जो आपको शार्ट कट में कभी नहीं मिल सकती |
२) सबसे बड़ा आत्मविश्वास सही होकर ही आता है | यदि काम में सच्चाई है , मन साफ़ है ,तो आत्मविश्वास अपने आप बढ़ जाता है | मन में चोर है तो आत्मविश्वास टिक ही नहीं सकता |
३) स्मार्ट होना अच्छी बात है | परन्तु आपकी स्मार्टनेस आपकी सच्चाई पर हावी नहीं होना चाहिए | क्योंकि आज की दुनिया में जो भी आपको जॉब देने वाला है ,आपका इंटरव्यू लेने वाला है वो आपकी skill तो जांचेगा ही but आपको भी जांचेगा कि आप स्वयं कितने defined हैं | कहीं आपकी स्मार्टनेस आपकी अच्छाइयों को न दबा दे ,इसका ध्यान रखना भी आवश्यक है |
४) आपका ज्ञान ,सिर्फ एक पक्ष है जो बहुत आवश्यक है परन्तु आपका wisdom एवं आपकी spirituality आपकी ज़िंदगी में सफलता के लिए सबसे आवश्यक हैं ,इसका ध्यान हर स्टूडेंट को हमेशा रखना बहुत जरुरी है |
